Shipping policy

We use Royal Mail and Hermes to ship our orders. Please advise us of any delays or problems with orders that have shipped and we will rectify as soon as possible.

The buyer is responsible for all return postage costs unless the item is faulty. Please return within 30 days for refund, once approved.
